DFARS Compliance
APF parts meet the requirements as set forth in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) and the Berry Amendment as the "Preference for domestic specialty metals". Material certification with DFARS required orders.

R.E.A.C.H. Compliance
APF products fall under the "articles" category of the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) and does not supply substances or preparations on the "Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) list. APF does foresee any registration or pre-registration requirements for products they supply. As additions are made to the SVHC list, APF will continue to monitor their products for REACH compliance.

RoHS Compliance
American Pride Fasteners has been compliant with the RoHS directive since 2013. All RoHS compliant fasteners manufactured by APF have no more than the allowed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl (PBDE). Please request RoHS compliance when placing your order.
